The December 2009 Daring Bakers’ challenge was brought to you by Anna of Very Small Anna and Y of Lemonpi. They chose to challenge Daring Bakers’ everywhere to bake and assemble a gingerbread house from scratch. They chose recipes from Good Housekeeping and from The Great Scandinavian Baking Book as the challenge recipes.
This month I had to go and fight fires and floods in far North Queensland where there was no internet access so I had to post this challenge late. And I'm so tried mentally and physically this is all I can do for the moment.
I decided to do a photo series which shows the process.

Very impressed that you even did the challenge. Too bad it was a tough month for you. I was in NY for almost 2 months and so busy that I couldn't even find the time to do this one. Oh well, here's to the New Year!
